A recent case study:
Blueplanet Liveaboards required a back office database and web-intergrated customer and agent portal to sell their liveaboards (holiday boats).

The Integrated Itinerary Management System (IIMS) was specially designed to support them managing multiple destinations, dates and occupants. Drawing on these capabilities, IIMS provided them with visibility info, and automated tracking of, the dynamic information in the system. IIMS provided real-time occupant data, payment status and availability to clients, agents and internal staff.
